We had a great time at Pendleton. It was good to see old friends and
catch up. The weather wasn't very nice to use but we weathered through.
We had a leak and a river running through our tent. But soaked in and we
were fine. Note to self, although it was a great idea to make sure all
the extra items under tables were in plastic tubes. Make sure plastic
tubs don't have cracks or holes. Had a couple with several inches of
water. Lost a couple old things and had to dry a few others but not as
bad as some of the mangled tents. Several tent buckled under the weight
of the water. Pendleton had 4 inches of rain Friday night. Plus we had a
nasty hail, wind, pounding rain storm in the afternoon. My 20 year old
tent came through just fine from that storm only to endure the 4 inches
of rain that night. Sat. was beautiful and made up for Friday. So all
was well.
